Temperature, humidity and wind still matter because high humidity can slow drying, stronger wind can carry debris onto a wet finish, and high heat or strong sun can make some products difficult to apply evenly.

GO means the measured forecast looks favourable during the suggested window. WAIT means conditions are mixed or a noticeably better window is coming. NOT TODAY means the current forecast is a poor fit or a serious weather signal has capped the result.
What the score cannot know
GoodDayTo cannot measure wood moisture, surface temperature, previous rainfall absorbed by the deck, shade, dew formation on the actual boards, coating type, number of coats or the stain manufacturer’s cure requirements. If those conditions conflict with the score, follow the product label.
